Our Story
Murcia4You is a property agency established specifically to help people find homes throughout the region of Murcia on the lovely Costa Calida – the warm coast. With 320 hours of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 19 degrees, it’s the perfect place to live or discover your dreamed of holiday home. It has both quiet traditional towns, bustling cities and some of the best sporting and leisure venues in Spain.
Our principal aim is
to bring this joint experience and expertise to all our clients and ensure the whole process is straightforward, easy and fun. As with any country, purchasing a property can be daunting and difficult and this is why we feel that finding you the villa or apartment you love is only the first half of the job. We have always felt that it is only once you’ve found your perfect property all the difficult stuff begins. That’s why we don’t stop there !!
We offer
a full range of services and they are there for you to use all or part of as you feel the need. They include help with financing, currency management, and the introduction to multilingual lawyers and banks – all people we have dealt with many times, and all of whom are there only to help you.
In addition
we offer subsidised packages for your visit to Spain and your stay while looking for your new home, including airport collection or car hire and accommodation during your stay. We are here to personally view the properties with you and help with discussions with developers or owners. Then, when everything is complete, we can also provide property management services should you require them.
